Tired of always eating the same old pirito, inihaw or steamed bangus? Jazz up your bangus by baking it!
All you need is a little bit of cream, a well seasoned bangus, and quick melt cheese. That's it! You can add chopped garlic if you want for more flavor. But I prefer for it to be creamy.

Eat it while it's still hot. When it gets cold, the cheese's texture becomes rubbery.
