Hair Color # 2

So I was reading one of my metro magazines, and andi's hair color caught my attention.

I kind of want this shade.It's like Blorange.

I'm gonna go for straight hair. Just can't decide what hair color. Should I go for a lighter shade? Cause i don't want hair colors that look dirty and attention seeking.

Or should I go for a darker shade? I want my hair color to be noticeable but at the same time i don't want to get everybody's attention with my hair color. I don't want a hair color that's too loud. 

I also love Andi's eyebrow color. Where can I buy an eyebrow coloring kit?
